The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with circuit board level electronics repair, a strong understanding for both digital and analog.\u00a0 The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. As a key member of the repair team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on aircraft instruments to ensure they are safe, reliable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Aircraft Instrument Repairs:<\/strong> Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on various aircraft instruments and components.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Troubleshooting &amp; Diagnostics:<\/strong> Identify and diagnose mechanical or electronic problems, utilizing diagnostic tools and manuals to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Inspections<\/strong>: Conduct thorough inspections of components to ensure compliance regulations, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. Document findings and recommend repairs or replacements.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Repair Documentation:<\/strong> Accurately complete maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports. Maintain detailed logs of repairs and services provided to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Compliance &amp; Safety:<\/strong> Follow all relevant safety protocols and regulatory guidelines while performing maintenance work. Ensure that all repairs meet industry standards and company policies.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Parts Management:<\/strong> Collaborate with the parts and inventory teams to order, receive, and track repair parts and materials. Ensure that parts are properly stored and used in accordance with inventory protocols.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Team Collaboration<\/strong>: Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and the repair department team to ensure efficient and effective completion of repair tasks. Assist with training or mentoring junior technicians, as needed.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Quality Control:<\/strong> Conduct final quality checks after repairs are completed to ensure that all systems are functioning properly before the component is returned to service.<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Education: High school diploma required; Associate\u2019s degree or other training in electronics, both digital and analog at board level.<\/li>\r\n<li>Technical Skills Proficiency with diagnostic tools, manuals, and maintenance software.<\/li>\r\n<li>Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems quickly and accurately.<\/li>\r\n<li>Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that repairs are completed to the highest standards and comply with all relevant regulations.<\/li>\r\n<li>Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues as needed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list \/-->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>Full-time, Monday through Friday.
